Job Description
Pre-Construction Manager\n
\nLondon\n
\n
\n£50k - £60k + package & commission\n
\n
\nI’m working with a London-based design and build fit-out firm who are on the lookout for a Pre-Construction Manager to cover their small works projects, typically ranging from £100k to £750k.\n
\n
\nThey’re a well-established business with a strong pipeline of work and a really good reputation in the market. Despite being a bigger company, they’ve managed to keep the culture in a great spot. They’re friendly, work well together and have a good track record of developing and promoting people from within.\n
\n
\nDay to day, you’ll take the reins on the pre-con side of their smaller projects, working with the wider team to get jobs properly set up before they hit site. You’ll be involved across the early stages, helping pull everything together and making sure projects are in the right place to move into delivery.\n
\n
\nIt’s a really good opportunity for someone who already has a bit of pre-con experience but wants somewhere they can keep learning, take on more responsibility and progress within a larger fit-out business.\n
\n
\nWhat they’re looking for: \n
\n
\n• Some experience within pre-construction in the fit-out market \n
\n• Ideally experience working for a design and build contractor \n
\n• A good understanding of the pre-con process \n
\n• Comfortable working across projects from £100k to £750k \n
\n• Someone keen to learn, develop and take on more responsibility \n
\n• Easy to work with and comfortable being part of a close-knit team\n
\n
\nWhat’s on offer: \n
\n
\n• £50k - £60k + package & commission \n
\n• Projects ranging from £100k to £750k \n
\n• A strong pipeline of London fit-out work \n
\n• Genuine opportunities to progress from within \n
\n• Support from an experienced wider team \n
\n• A friendly culture within an established business\n
\n
\nIf you’ve got some pre-con experience and feel like you’re ready for somewhere you can properly develop, it’s worth a chat. Let me know if you’d be up for one.
