\nThis is a hands-on role suited to someone who is passionate about developing people, enjoys creating engaging learning experiences, and is comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment. Working closely with leaders and stakeholders across the business, you will identify capability needs, develop innovative learning programmes, and champion a culture of continuous development.
\nThe successful candidate will combine strategic thinking with a practical approach, taking ownership of learning initiatives from concept through to delivery and evaluation.
\nKey Responsibilities

- Develop and implement learning and development programmes that support organisational objectives and workforce capability. \n
- Partner with business leaders to identify skills gaps and emerging development needs across teams. \n
- Design engaging learning content, programmes, workshops, and development pathways for employees and managers. \n
- Deliver training sessions and learning interventions through both virtual and face-to-face formats. \n
- Manage and enhance learning frameworks, resources, and tools to support employee growth and career development. \n
- Evaluate the effectiveness of learning initiatives using feedback, data, and performance measures, making continuous improvements where required. \n
- Support leadership development, talent management, and succession planning initiatives. \n
- Collaborate with the wider People team on organisational development and change programmes. \n
- Ensure learning solutions are practical, scalable, and aligned with business priorities. \n
- Promote a culture of continuous learning and professional development across the organisation. \n
- Manage relationships with external learning providers and training partners where appropriate. \n
About You
\n- \n
- Proven experience in a Learning & Development Manager, Learning Partner, or similar role within a fast paced environment. \n
- Strong experience designing and delivering learning programmes across a variety of audiences. \n
- Excellent facilitation and presentation skills, with confidence delivering both virtually and in person. \n
- Experience conducting learning needs analysis and translating business requirements into effective development solutions. \n
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to build credibility and influence at all levels. \n
- Experience supporting leadership development, employee development, and broader capability-building initiatives. \n
- Strong project management and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. \n
- Comfortable using data and feedback to measure impact and drive continuous improvement. \n
- Self-motivated, commercially aware, and able to work effectively in a dynamic and evolving environment. \n
