Job Description
Reporting directly to the CEO and working closely with the senior leadership team, the Head of People will be responsible for establishing a modern, scalable people function capable of supporting a growing and increasingly complex PE-backed business

- Lead, coach and develop the HR team \n
- Support acquisition integration and organisational change programmes \n
- Partner with the CEO and leadership team on people strategy \n
- Develop and embed culture, values and employee engagement initiatives \n
- Enhance leadership capability across the organisation \n
- Build the foundations required to support continued growth and future acquisitions \n
- Ensure the organisation attracts, develops and retains high-performing talent \n

We are seeking an experienced people partner who combines strong operational HR expertise with the solid strategic ability to influence business performance.
\nYou are likely to bring:
\n- \n
- Proven experience scaling and developing people functions \n
- Sectoral experience with a field-based population - an operational workforce \n
- Exposure to organisational change, acquisitions, integration programmes as well as employee relations \n
- Strong understanding of HR operations \n
- Experience building people processes, frameworks and capability from the ground up \n
- A pragmatic, hands-on approach balanced with strategic thinking \n
This job is site based, at least four days per week, ideally five. The office is based in South-East London with parking on site and good rail connections.
