About the Role

We are looking for a Pricing Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate pricing information, preparing customer quotations, and supporting the sales team with pricing enquiries.

Key Responsibilities

• Update and maintain customer and product pricing.
\n
• Prepare and send customer quotations.
\n
• Process pricing changes accurately and in a timely manner.
\n
• Respond to pricing enquiries from customers and colleagues.
\n
• Work closely with the Sales, Purchasing, and Finance teams.
\n
• Check pricing data for accuracy.
\n
• Produce basic pricing reports when required.
\n
• Carry out general administrative duties related to pricing.
\n

Requirements

\n
• Previous administration or pricing experience is preferred.
\n
• Good attention to detail.
\n
• Confident using Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
\n
• Good communication and organisational skills.
\n
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
\n
