Job Description
**HR Business Partner (Product & Technology) - £70-80,000 per annum base + benefits (dependent on experience) – Chiswick**
\nWe are looking for a permanent HR Business Partner to act as a strategic advisor to Product & Technology leadership, translating business strategy into an integrated people strategy. The HRBP is responsible for consulting with and providing guidance, coaching, and advice to leaders and managers within the Product & Technology team, on human resources matters including, but not limited to:

- Workforce planning \n
- Talent acquisition \n
- Performance management \n
- Employee relations \n
- Talent management and development \n
You will implement HR trends in Product, Technology and Content professional domains, notably cost-effective locations and the impact of AI, to secure access to the most professional and efficient resourcing to execute the Product & Technology roadmap successfully.
\nRequired skills and experience:
\n- \n
- HR Business Partnering experience, with experience partnering directly with product, design, or technology functions. \n
- Experience working in a complex multicultural matrix organization. \n
- Experience of working in emerging markets is preferred (eg. India, Eastern Europe, etc.). \n
- A track record of managing projects in multiple countries, driving change management. \n
- Proven hands-on capabilities in employee/industrial relations and employment law/practices. \n
Required Qualifications:
\n- \n
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field, or equivalent experience preferred. \n
- Project Manager certification preferred \n
