Investment Manager, UK Mid Cap Private Equity Fund

A leading UK mid cap market private equity fund is now looking to add an Investment Manager to their team.

The fund has been established a number of years and has made a series of very successful investments in businesses across a range of sectors.

They are a generalist investor looking for well managed and already successful businesses.

The role:

• Active member of the investments team working on the whole deal making process
\n
• Origination of new deals in businesses
\n
• Performing commercial and financial due diligence; building financial models
\n
• Working on deal execution - deal structuring, negotiation of terms, managing advisors
\n
• Portfolio Management work
\n

The successful candidate will currently be working in a UK mid market private equity fund and have completed several investments successfully. Prior to this, you might have worked in M&A, consulting or the Big Four.
