Would you enjoy being the go-to person on shift, supporting colleagues and helping drive operational success?Here at GXO Banbury we are recruiting for Ecommerce Coordinators to join our team, supporting our customer, The Entertainer .You will be working on a full-time , permanent basis, contracted to 40 hours per week. We are currently recruiting for the following shifts:Any 5 days out of 7 , covering the hours of 07:00 to 15:00Any 5 days out of 7 , covering the hours of 15:00 to 23:00Any 5 days out of 7 , covering the hours of 23:00 to 07:00Pay, benefits and more:As an Ecommerce Coordinator, theres lots that we can offer you:An hourly rate of £13.75An additional 6% shift premium if working on the fixed PM shift (subject to shifts worked)An additional 15% shift premium if working on the fixed Nights shift (subject to shifts worked)Holiday pay and a workplace pensionA 24/7 online GP service, life assurance and a fully comprehensive employee assistance programmeAccess to our MyBenefits platform offering a variety of high street discounts, cashback cards, a saving scheme and much more!Access to GXO University home to a wealth of online training courses, meaning your development never ends!What youll do on a typical day:Support the smooth day-to-day running of the e-commerce operation, ensuring customer orders are processed accurately and on timeAct as a key point of support for colleagues, helping to maintain productivity, quality and operational performanceProvide cover for First Line Managers when required and assist with coaching, training and developing team membersPromote safe working practices whilst supporting stock accuracy, KPI performance and continuous improvement activitiesWhat you need to succeed at GXO:Previous experience within a warehouse or operational environment, ideally within e-commerce, inventory or team support rolesStrong communication and problem-solving skills, with the confidence to make decisions in a fast-paced environmentGood working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Outlook, with a proactive approach to learning and developmentFlexibility to work across shift patterns and a willingness to take on additional responsibility as you progress your careerWe engineer faster, smarter, leaner supply chains.TPBN1_UKTJ
