We assist SMEs and large corporates alike, calling upon our well-earned knowledge and experience of the regions recruitment landscape, and beyond, to address and surpass our clients expectations.We recruit up to management and executive level typically across disciplines such as Finance, Data, Tech, Operations and Engineering. Catalysts success is based on the quality of our delivery across a mix of retained, exclusive and contingent assignments which leads to valued, long-term client relationships.Following a year of sustained revenue growth and a successful doubling of our team, we now seek to recruit a talented and experienced Recruitment Consultant who can bring similar levels of market insight, determination and integrity.As Recruitment Consultant, you will:Manage you own desk, encompassing the full recruitment lifecycleAttract new clients via telephone, email, social media and in personSource, select, shortlist and propose suitable candidatesUtilise a modern CRM system and associated recruitment technology to co-ordinate your assignmentsCo-operate and collaborate closely with other team membersMaintain up-to-date knowledge of your market sectorAs Recruitment Consultant, you will need:Proven experience in one or more Technical or Professional disciplines as a permanent/interim/contract Recruitment ConsultantA commercially astute mindsetAdept in identify and acquiring high-quality new clients, coupled with strong account management, service and delivery abilitiesExperience sourcing and matching the highest calibre of candidatesStrong organisational and time management skillsA determination to consistently locate the best candidate for the jobRewards and benefits:Basic up to £45k + attractive commission structure (no threshold) + pensionPay dependent on experience, skills, knowledge and qualificationsFull-time, permanent roleHome/hybrid workingRealistic opportunities for progressionExperienced colleagues/mentors25 days holiday + statsPlease note: we review applications on receipt and aim to respond to shortlisted candidates within 5 working days.
