The role of the Quantity Surveyor Commercial Refurbishment will involve:

Quantity Surveyor position dealing with a various commercial construction projects across primarily the public sector

Manage the commercial and financial aspects of multiple construction projects, ensuring costs are controlled and budgets are maintained.

Prepare cost estimates, valuations, financial reports, variations, and final accounts.

Support procurement activities, including tender analysis, subcontractor appointments, and contract administration.

Carry out regular site visits, monitor project progress, and identify commercial risks and cost-saving opportunities.

Build strong relationships with clients, contractors, and internal project teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Typical project sizes ranging between £700k - £3m

The ideal applicant will be a Quantity Surveyor Commercial Refurbishment industry with:

Must have Quantity Surveying experience in construction

Experience within large scale public sector projects would be highly advantageous

Would consider a more junior graduate or a trainee

Excellent communication skills both written and verbal across all levels

Confident and articulate
