The RoleWe are seeking a Global Product Manager Patient Hygiene to join our team in Chorley. This pivotal role supports UK and international markets for our patient hygiene portfolio (currently valued at £22.5M). You will drive product lifecycle management, marketing strategy, and new product launches, working closely with sales teams, distributors, and key opinion leaders.Key Responsibilities: ?Manage full product lifecycle and category performanceDevelop global marketing plans and differentiated product positioningCreate compelling content (sales collateral, videos, blogs, website copy)Conduct market and competitor research to inform strategyLead product launches and promotional campaignsSupport sales teams with training tools and resourcesDrive product development projects and ensure timely deliveryEnsure compliance with regulatory and quality standardsManage CRM campaigns and sales demand planningBuild strong cross-functional relationships and clinical advisory boards? About YouEssential: ?Postgraduate degree or equivalent experienceMinimum 5 years experience in medical or healthcare markets (marketing or sales)Strong communication, presentation, and analytical skillsProven project and time management abilitiesWillingness to travel (UK & International approx. 20%)? Desirable: ?CIM or Business/Marketing postgraduate qualificationKnowledge of NHS and UK healthcare market; international experience a plusCRM platform experience; Power BI skills?
