I’m recruiting for a Glasgow‑based studio with a long track record of delivering world‑class hospitality projects, the kind of 5&05; hotels you see in glossy travel magazines and think, “I’d love to say I worked on that.”

This role is ideal for a 3–5 year PQE Architect who wants to step into large‑scale, design‑driven international work with serious ambition and serious budgets.

What you’ll be working on

• High‑end luxury hotels in exotic global destinations.

• Complex, design‑led hospitality environments with real creative freedom.

• Projects where quality, detail and guest experience genuinely matter.
\n
• Collaborating with talented designers, FF&E specialists and international client teams.
\n

These aren’t “nice little refurbishments”. These are flagship, multi‑million‑pound developments that will define your portfolio for years.

What they’re looking for

• 3–5 years post‑qualification experience.
\n
• Strong design capability and confidence developing concepts.
\n
• Solid technical understanding and ability to deliver coordinated packages.
\n
• Experience in hospitality is a bonus, but not essential, passion for great design is.
\n
• Someone who thrives in a collaborative, ambitious studio environment.
\n
