As a Business Development Manager, youll play a key role in driving new client growth and expanding our presence across health and social care recruitment.This is a fast-paced, people-focused role for someone who thrives on winning business, building strong relationships, and delivering results in a competitive market.

What Youll Be Doing

• Driving new business growth by identifying, targeting, and winning new clients across the healthcare and social care sector.

• Owning the full sales cycle from prospecting and lead generation through to pitching, negotiation, and closing deals.

• Building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers across NHS Trusts, care homes, private healthcare providers, and local authorities.

• Working closely with internal recruitment teams to ensure a smooth handover and delivery of tailored workforce solutions.

• Attending industry events, networking opportunities, and client meetings to grow your market presence.

• Staying up to date with market trends to identify opportunities and shape effective recruitment solutions.
