You have\n
\n Passion to support our customers to live their best lives\n
\n Experience of caring for others, professionally or personally\n
\n The ability to work?on your own initiative, staying?calm and positive under pressure\n
\n Recognise every customer is different and adopt a flexible, personal approach, listening to understand their needs\n
\n A Level 2 diploma in Care or equivalent experience (or willing to study towards it)\n

The practical bits\n
\n The shift pattern is 4 on 4 off - 10.5 hours shifts and you'll work either a 17:30-4:30 shift or a 20:30-7:30 shift.\n
\n This is a night support worker role. You'll workin a service that is ran with staff 24/7\n
\n Although youll work nights / lone work, we do get together regularly in the daytime for training and team meetings.\n
\n You need an Enhanced with barring list (we pay)\n
