\nOur client are specialists in their industry, they are looking for a skilled CNC Miller who can program, set and operate.
\nThis will be working a 2-week shift pattern, working compressed hours.
\n4 x 10-hour day shifts
\nMon-Thurs 07.00-17.30
\n4 x 10-hour night shifts
\nMon-Wed 19.00-05.00
\nThurs 17.30-03.30
\nThe Job youll do
\n- \n
- Set, program, and operate. \n
- Ward Hyundai Wia KBN135-CL, 2m x 1.8m table. \n
- Travel 4m x 2m x 2m, 15 tonne table capacity. \n
- Fanuc CNC Control, 90 angled, orthogonal, and facing heads, B-axis table (0.001), ATC. \n
- Hartford PBM135C boring and milling machine. \n
- 3000mm x 2000mm x 2000mm, 15 tonnes table loading. \n
- FANUC 31iMB CNC control system. \n

About You
\n- \n
- Time-served (Machine Shop apprenticeship). \n
- Experience with milling machines or horizontal borers. \n
- Fanuc controls. \n
- Able to set one-off jobs. \n
- Programming skills. \n
- Measurement skills with manual equipment (dimensions and surface finish). \n
- Able to read engineering drawings. \n
