From developing new flavours and formats to improving existing recipes, the team combines consumer insight, market trends and technical expertise to shape the future of snacking.We're looking for a Process Development Technologist to join our Research & Development team. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or someone early in their career who is passionate about food, innovation and manufacturing.Working as part of a collaborative project team, you'll support the development and launch of exciting new products and processes across some of our most loved brands. You'll gain hands-on experience in factory trials, product development, process optimisation and cross-functional project delivery, working closely with colleagues across Engineering, Manufacturing, Procurement and Commercial teams.This role offers fantastic exposure to the full product development lifecycle, with opportunities to travel, learn from experienced technical experts and build a rewarding career within a leading snacks business.Whats in it for you?We believe in rewarding our colleagues and helping them thrive.
