They design and install specialist products including ballistic and blast-resistant doors, walls, windows and louvres for government, healthcare and critical-infrastructure projects.With continued growth in the estimating department, they are now recruiting an Estimator to support tendering activity across a diverse and technically interesting workload.The Role: EstimatorYou will support the estimating team with tender reviews, pricing and cost analysis across a wide range of security-focused projects. This role suits someone with early estimating experience who wants to progress within a specialist manufacturing environment.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare accurate cost estimates and pricing schedulesReview tender documents, drawings and specificationsCalculate material, labour and subcontractor costsLiaise with suppliers and subcontractorsMaintain organised records of estimates and submissionsWork collaboratively with Sales, Project Management and Production teamsRequired Skills & ExperienceExperience in an Estimator role, with all construction backgrounds consideredStrong analytical skills and attention to detailConfident using Excel and estimation software, with Bluebeam or PlanSwift beneficialKnowledge of AutoCAD beneficialOrganised, proactive and keen to develop within a growing departmentWhy Join ThemGenuine progression into senior-level estimatingSupportive family-run cultureWork on unique, high-profile security and healthcare projectsCompetitive salary and benefits packageTPBN1_UKTJ
