Role Overview:\n
\nAs the Electrician, you will be responsible for carrying out EICR inspections and a range of electrical works within social housing properties. You will work across a designated arcross the Scottish Highlands area, ensuring compliance with electrical safety regulations while completing high-quality work for tenants and clients.\n
The Electrician will be:\n
\n

\n
• Completing EICR testing within occupied social housing properties
\n
• Carrying out additional electrical works including remedials, upgrades and general repairs
\n
• Ensuring all work is delivered safely and in accordance with 18th Edition regulations
\n
• Using a PDA or paperwork to record findings and complete certificates accurately
\n

We are looking for an Electrician who has:\n
\n

\n
• NVQ Level 3
\n
• 18th Edition
\n
• 2391/Testing & Inspection qualification
\n
• Experience working in social housing
\n
• Own transport and tools
\n

The Electrician will receive:\n
\n

\n
• £240 per day
\n
• Additional electrical works available on price work rates
\n
• Tablet to view jobs booked in ahead of time
\n
• Long-term, ongoing work with a market-leading contractor
\n
• Weekly pay and consistent workload
\n

Location & Travel:\n
\n

\n
• Work available across various social housing contracts in Scottish Highlands.
\n
