Revised Recruitment Group is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join the team at a primary school in St Mellons,Cardiff, for the full academic year. This is an excellent opportunity to make a real difference in a welcoming primary school while gaining valuable long-term experience.

The Role\n

  Support pupils across the primary age range in the classroom.

\n
• \n

  Work alongside the class teacher to deliver engaging learning activities.

\n
• \n

  Provide one-to-one and small group support where required.

\n
• \n

  Encourage positive behaviour and help create an inclusive learning environment.

\n
• \n

  Assist with classroom preparation and daily routines.

\n

We're Looking For\n

\n
• \n

  Experience working with children in a school or similar setting.

\n
• \n

  A positive, patient and proactive approach.

\n
• \n

  Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

\n
• \n

  A genuine passion for supporting children's learning and development.

\n
• \n

  An enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one).

\n
• \n

  Registration with the Education Workforce Council (EWC), or eligibility to register.

\n
