Elevation HR are excited to be recruiting a HR Advisor for a growing manufacturing & construction business based in Doncaster on a full-time, permanent basis.
\nReporting into the HR Business Partner, this is a brand-new role created as a result of continued growth, offering an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR professional to join a thriving business. You'll play a key role in supporting the business, with a strong focus on Employee Relations while contributing across the full employee lifecycle.

You’ll join an established HR team within a large multi-site manufacturing business, supporting managers, and helping to build capability across the organisation including:

- Partnering with managers to provide practical guidance on people management and employee relations issues. \n
- Delivering consistent, commercially focused HR advice in line with company policy and employment legislation. \n
- Supporting absence management processes, including Occupational Health referrals and return-to-work planning. \n
- Analysing HR data and trends to provide insights and support informed decision-making. \n
- Contributing to HR projects, process improvements and the consistent application of HR policies across the business. \n
- Managing a busy Employee Relations caseload covering absence, performance, disciplinary and grievance matters. \n
- Conducting investigations and providing support through formal HR processes and hearings. \n
What we’re looking for:
\n- \n
- Strong HR generalist experience with solid ER exposure \n
- Confident managing a busy, high-volume caseload in a fast-paced environment \n
- CIPD qualified or working towards \n
- Strong knowledge of UK employment law \n
- Full UK driving licence \n
