This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong customer service experience who is keen to develop their property management expertise within a supportive and professional environment.\n

\nYou will be given responsibility for managing your own portfolio from the outset, with a manageable caseload, structured training, and ongoing support from experienced colleagues to help you progress into a Property Manager role.\n

\nKey Responsibilities\n
\n
\n

\n
• Manage a portfolio of residential properties to a high standard
\n
• Respond to tenant and landlord enquiries, providing effective solutions
\n
• Coordinate maintenance and repair works with contractors
\n
• Conduct property inspections and prepare reports
\n
• Monitor rent payments and assist with arrears management
\n
• Manage tenancy renewals, rent reviews, and end-of-tenancy processes
\n
• Build strong relationships with landlords and tenants
\n
• Deliver exceptional customer service at every stage of the tenancy
\n
• Ensure compliance with relevant lettings legislation and company procedures
\n
• Maintain accurate records and update internal systems

• Previous experience in a customer-facing role is essential
\n
• Property experience is desirable but not required
\n
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
\n
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
\n
• A proactive problem solver who can use their initiative
\n
• Calm, professional, and resilient under pressure
\n
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and develop
\n
• Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office
