We are recruiting an experienced Payroll / Reward Manager to join a leading financial services business specialising in credit management, servicing and advisory solutions offering a collaborative and supportive team culture.

\n


\n

This is a temporary-to-permanent opportunity with an ASAP start, suited to an experienced international payroll professional who can take ownership of complex payrolls across the UK and multiple international jurisdictions.

\n

Key responsibilities

\n


\n
    \n
  • Manage and oversee end-to-end UK and international payroll processing.
  • \n
  • Ensure accurate and timely payroll delivery across multiple jurisdictions.
  • \n
  • Manage payroll and benefits inputs, reconciliations and monthly reporting.
  • \n
  • Liaise closely with Finance, HR and external payroll and benefits providers.
  • \n
  • Manage employee payroll queries and ensure an excellent level of service.
  • \n
  • Ensure year-end payroll and payroll-related tax obligations are completed accurately.
  • \n
  • Review the performance and service levels of external payroll providers.
  • \n
  • Support payroll transformation and provider-change projects, including payroll migrations.
  • \n
  • Produce payroll reporting and analysis using advanced Excel.
  • \n
  • Support benefits administration and wider reward-related activities.
  • \n

Essential experience

\n


\n
    \n
  • Strong international payroll experience, including hands-on experience with France (and ideally Germany) payrolls.
  • \n
  • Advanced Excel skills.
  • \n
  • Proven experience of migrating payrolls from one provider to another.
  • \n
  • Experience evaluating and managing third-party payroll providers.
  • \n
  • Previous payroll experience within financial services or professional services.
  • \n
  • Strong payroll reconciliation, reporting and analytical skills.
  • \n
  • The ability to work autonomously and confidently manage multiple payroll cycles and deadlines.
  • \n
\n


\n

Experience of ADP and wider US/international payroll exposure would be advantageous.

\n
