The Role

  • Optimise customer acquisition and onboarding strategies using bureau data and credit risk insights
  • \n
  • Enhance and refine credit decisioning and affordability assessments
  • \n
  • Implement and improve scorecard-driven credit strategies
  • \n
  • Monitor portfolio performance and identify opportunities to improve risk outcomes
  • \n
  • Support IFRS9 and broader credit risk activities
  • \n
  • Produce management information, reporting, and analytical recommendations for senior stakeholders
  • \n
  • Collaborate with teams across credit, operations, compliance, and risk
  • \n
  • Lead analytical projects designed to improve customer outcomes and portfolio performance
  • \n

Your Skills & Experience

\n
    \n
  • Strong commercial experience within Credit Risk Analytics or Credit Strategy
  • \n
  • Experience working on acquisition, onboarding, or customer decisioning strategies
  • \n
  • Hands-on experience using credit bureau data to support lending decisions
  • \n
  • Exposure to credit scorecards and strategy implementation
  • \n
  • Strong SQL skills
  • \n
  • Experience analysing large datasets and translating findings into business recommendations
  • \n
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • \n

Desirable:

  • SAS, Python, or Power BI experience
  • \n
  • Exposure to IFRS9, affordability, or portfolio analytics
  • \n
