\nHours: 8:30–5:30 (1 hour unpaid lunch)

\nA growing manufacturing business is seeking a Commercial Operations Manager to lead all commercial, administrative and back‑office functions. This role sits at the heart of the operation — driving efficiency, improving processes, strengthening compliance and supporting long‑term commercial growth.
\nYou’ll work closely with the Manufacturing Operations Manager to ensure the business runs smoothly from enquiry to delivery, while building a stronger sales function and enhancing customer experience.
\nKey Responsibilities:
\nLead sales, customer service and back‑office teams
\nDrive commercial planning, forecasting and reporting
\nRecruit, train and mentor the sales team
\nOversee BRCGS Food Contact Packaging compliance
\nManage Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) obligations
\nSupport H&S systems alongside operations
\nImprove internal workflows and commercial processes
\nStrengthen customer relationships and order management
\nWhat You’ll Bring:
\nStrong commercial operations or sales operations leadership
\nBackground in manufacturing, packaging, plastics or FMCG
\nKnowledge of BRCGS Food Contact Packaging accreditation
\nUnderstanding of EPR and compliance requirements
\nAbility to streamline processes and drive commercial performance
\nConfident leadership across multi‑disciplinary teams
