Road Freight Operator

We are working with a Medium sized forwarder who have an exciting opportunity for a Road Freight Operator.The role is working in their London Gateway office. Working within a team, handling European groupage services.Role Involves:Working within a department of 23 people,part of a widerteam of 50.HandlingEuropeangroupageservices.Arranging movement offreightfrom origin to final destination, both international and national.Liaising with customers, overseas partners and suppliers.Skills required:Must have a good understanding ofEuropeanroadfreight.Capable of manually calculating costs and charges.Understanding of taxable kilos.Good customer service skills.Experience with Customs paperwork.Ability to work in a team but also be self-sufficient.Benefits:Competitive salary, holidays and pension scheme.Part of a dynamic team and company with a clear vision and strategy.Bonus scheme.Good progression opportunities.TrainingMonday to Friday - 9am-5pm.Salary depends on experience.Due to location Car Driver requiredIf you do not hear from us within 7 days, your application has been unsuccessful.TPBN1_UKTJ
