A leading facilities management provider is looking to recruit an experienced Night Shift Electrical Engineer to join their engineering team at a critical commercial site in Hounslow, London.

You'll be responsible for delivering planned preventative and reactive maintenance, ensuring electrical systems and building services remain safe, compliant, and fully operational throughout night operations.

Working as part of a dedicated engineering team, you'll support the smooth running of the site by carrying out fault-finding, repairs, inspections, and essential maintenance activities.

Key Responsibilities
\n Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive electrical maintenance
\n Diagnose faults and complete repairs across electrical systems and building services
\n Perform inspections, testing, and fault-finding tasks
\n Maintain lighting, power, emergency systems, and electrical plant
\n Complete maintenance records and reports using CAFM systems
\n Respond to breakdowns and emergency maintenance requirements
\n Ensure all works comply with health & safety procedures and statutory regulations
\n Liaise with engineers, contractors, and client representatives to deliver high service standards

Requirements
\n Electrical qualification (City & Guilds, NVQ Level 3, or equivalent)
\n 18th Edition Wiring Regulations qualification
\n Inspection & Testing qualification (2391 or equivalent)
\n Previous experience within facilities management, commercial buildings, or a similar
