Vehicle Technician - MOT Tester.

We are a small, well known, central Hove MOT testing, servicing and repair garage and would like to employ a full time tester/mechanic.

You would be joining a family environment of fun and banter along with high productivity, we pride ourselves on our customer service, solid reviews and over fifteen years worth of good reputation.

Our expectation of you is, smart(ish) appearance, calm and friendly character, a robust employment history even if you're quite young, someone with genuine mechanical ability as well as your MOT testing qualifications, preferably someone that's been regularly testing for over two years.

This is an unusual opportunity, we currently turn over a reasonable amount of work at quite a relaxed pace and I'm happy to keep it this way, however, if you want to develop the workshop and increase turnover, we can talk about additional staff and a profit share.

The workshop will be your domain with Lisa providing all of the customer facing, calls, bookings, parts ordering and quotations. Between you you'll work out the order of works.

Lisa is also famous for her home made McMuffins and banter but don't ask her to sing, you'll never recover.
