What youll do\n
\n Carry out fire door inspections and oversee replacements and remediations\n
\n Act on Fire Risk Assessments quickly to reduce risks and keep people safe\n
\n Oversee contractors and ensure works are completed to the right standard\n
\n Maintain accurate records to support building safety and legal requirements\n
\n Build trust with customers through clear communication and quick action\n

You have\n
\n Experience in fire safety, building safety or housing maintenance\n
\n Strong fire door and compartmentation surveying and contract management skill\n
\n Knowledge of fire safety legislation and building regulations\n
\n CIOB Level 6 Certificate in Fire Safety or equivalent experience\n
\n Strong surveying and contract management skills\n
\n A proactive, solutions-focused approach with great communication\n

The practical bits\n
\n Youll work Monday to Friday\n
\n 2x temporary 12 month contracts\n
\n 1 role covering Hertfordshire, Essex and North London with occasional travel to Norfolk and Suffolk and 1 role covering London with occasional travel to Surrey, Berkshire and Hampshire\n
\n You need a vehicle insured for business use, and we pay your mileage\n
\n You need a basic DBS check that we pay for\n
