This appointment involves traveling internationally alongside the family, managing advanced aesthetic and preventative skin regimens, and collaborating directly with private physiotherapists and personal nutritionists. • Manage comprehensive 1:1 health profile of an UHNW client family, including longevity and skin care programs.

• Travel internationally with the family as required, coordinating aesthetic and preventive regimens.

• Collaborate with private physiotherapists and personal nutritionists to deliver integrated care.

• Provide 1:1 clinical leadership with access to latest global innovations in longevity science and dermatological care.

• Board certification or Fellowship from a recognized Western institution (e.g., Royal College of Physicians Canada, European national boards) with 5+ years of autonomous specialist practice.

• High-fidelity concierge medicine background or demonstrated capacity to deliver highly individualized, proactive clinical continuity with maximum flexibility.

• Excellent interpersonal skills, fluent English, and the ability to integrate into a luxury domestic infrastructure.

• Valid international travel credentials and readiness to deploy globally on short notice.
