With over 50 years of experience delivering high-quality residential developments and specialist care facilities across the South Coast, the company has built an outstanding reputation for quality, long-term investment and delivering projects in-house.The business is currently delivering multiple live developments, including a new 72-bedroom care home, residential schemes of up to 56 units, major care home extensions and refurbishment projects across its portfolio, with several additional residential developments progressing through planning. Working within a close-knit team of around 20 construction professionals, you'll gain exposure to a diverse range of projects while receiving direct mentoring from an experienced Commercial Manager. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious Assistant Quantity Surveyor or Assistant Buyer looking to develop into a fully-fledged Quantity Surveyor within a business that genuinely invests in long-term career progression.Unlike larger developers where responsibilities can become heavily departmentalised, this position offers broad commercial exposure.
