This is a predominantly home-based position, offering the flexibility to work remotely with only occasional travel for team meetings, client visits and project collaboration.The consultancy has built an excellent reputation for delivering pragmatic Building Safety Act and Principal Designer services across a diverse range of projects. With an experienced team spread throughout the UK, they offer a collaborative environment where you'll have the autonomy to manage your workload while remaining connected through regular touchpoints with colleagues.The Role As a Building Regulations Principal Designer, you'll support clients throughout the design and pre-construction phases, helping project teams meet their duties under the Building Safety Act while promoting effective design coordination and compliance.Working alongside architects, developers and consultants, you'll provide practical guidance on regulatory requirements, contribute to design reviews and support the successful delivery of projects across multiple sectors.About You The consultancy is keen to speak with professionals who have experience in Building Regulations, Building Control or Building Safety.
