\n Pay Rate: £19.00 - £20.00 per hour + Excellent Overtime Rates
\n Shift: Days Only (Monday to Friday)

CNC Miller, Programmer, Setter - Key Responsibilities

  • Set and program CNC Haas Milling machines from engineering drawings.
  • \n
  • Manufacture high-precision one-offs and small-batch components.
  • \n
  • Self-inspect your own work using manual measuring equipment.
  • \n
  • Transition into utilising and programming CMM machinery (full training provided).
  • \n
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace.
  • \n

CNC Miller, Programmer, Setter - What We Need From You

  • Strong background in CNC Milling (Setting and Programming).
  • \n
  • Proven experience using Haas or Fanuc controls.
  • \n
  • Ability to confidently read and interpret complex engineering drawings.
  • \n
  • Experience working on one-offs and short batch runs rather than high-volume repetition.
  • \n
  • A keen eye for detail and a quality-first mindset.
  • \n
