\nRussell Taylor CDI are currently recruiting for experienced Class 1 Drivers to join our client in Warrington.\n
\nThis is a fantastic temp-to-perm opportunity offering £17.50 per hour for the first 12 weeks, followed by a permanent salary of £46,000 per annum.\n
\nThe Role\n
\nAs a Class 1 Driver, you will be completing general haulage work, ensuring deliveries are completed safely, efficiently and professionally.\n
\nYour duties will include:\n
\nGeneral haulage deliveries and collections\n
\nCompleting vehicle checks before and during your shift\n
\nEnsuring loads are safely secured\n
\nFollowing drivers' hours and tachograph regulations\n
\nCompleting delivery paperwork accurately\n
\nMaintaining a clean and presentable vehicle\n
\nProviding a professional service to customers\n
\nWhat We're Looking For\n
\nValid Class 1 (C+E) licence\n
\nMinimum 3 months' Class 1 driving experience\n
\nValid CPC and Digital Tachograph Card\n
\nGood understanding of drivers' hours and tachograph regulations\n
\nReliable and professional approach to work\n
\nGood communication and customer service skills\n
\nNo more than 6 points on your licence\n
