\nKey Responsibilities:
\n- \n
- Own technical performance, capability, configuration and lifecycle management across the assigned product family. \n
- Develop the technical roadmap, balancing customer requirements, manufacturing capability, operational support and commercial objectives. \n
- Lead development-to-manufacture transition, production readiness and technical support for Manufacturing and suppliers. \n
- Resolve production and field failures, approve engineering changes and manage product configuration, baselines and obsolescence. \n
- Oversee verification, validation, qualification, factory and integration testing and sea trials, while supporting customers, bids and demonstrations. \n

- Significant experience developing and supporting complex sensor-based or electro-mechanical products. \n
- Extensive experience supporting technically complex products through manufacture and operational service. \n
- Proven engineering-change, configuration, obsolescence and production or field-failure investigation experience. \n
- Customer-facing technical leadership experience within defence or another high-reliability engineering environment. \n
Desirable skills:

- Experience with advanced sensing or detection systems. \n
- Experience with autonomous or remotely operated systems. \n
- Understanding of defence standards and military product qualification. \n
- Experience integrating technical products with navigation, autonomy or mission-management systems. \n
What you get in return:
\nA permanent technical product-ownership opportunity within a specialist engineering environment.
\nThe scope to influence product capability, manufacturing performance and long-term technology strategy.
\nDirect involvement with production, customers, demonstrations, integration testing and sea trials.
