I'm partnering with one of the world's leading Clinical Research Organisations to appoint a HR Director to lead the people strategy across the UK & Ireland.

This is a high-profile leadership role overseeing HR for 4,000 employees, managing a team of 4 senior HR Managers, and partnering with executive leadership to drive strategic people initiatives.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading the UK & Ireland HR strategy

• Executive-level business partnering

• Driving transformation and change programmes

• Leading complex employee relations

• Developing and leading a high-performing HR team

📍 Location: Reading or Dublin (3 days onsite)
