Job Description
We’re currently recruiting for an experienced Electrician to join a major electrical remedial works programme across Scotland.
\nThis is an excellent opportunity to work on a large-scale utilities programme, carrying out remedial electrical works across commercial and operational sites. The initial contract is 3 months, with the potential to become a rolling contract and potentially lead to a permanent position as further projects are secured.
\nThe Role
\nAs an Electrician, you’ll be responsible for:

- Carrying out remedial electrical works across commercial and operational sites \n
- Diagnosing and rectifying electrical faults in line with current regulations \n
- Completing installation, maintenance and minor upgrade works \n
- Testing, inspecting and certifying completed electrical installations \n
- Ensuring all works comply with BS 7671 and relevant health & safety requirements \n
- Travelling between sites across Scotland as required \n
- Working independently and managing your own workload \n

You'll Need
\n- \n
- NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation or equivalent \n
- AM2 qualification \n
- Approved Electrician status \n
- 18th Edition Wiring Regulations (BS 7671) \n
- Inspection & Testing qualification (2391 or equivalent) desirable \n
- Experience carrying out remedial works within commercial, industrial or utilities environments \n
- ECS Gold Card \n
- Full UK Driving Licence \n
- Ability to work independently \n
- Current Basic DBS check or willingness to obtain one \n
