Youll play a key role in delivering our People Strategy and helping the organisation continuously improve.
What you will be doingStrategic partnering & influence:\n

- Build trusted relationships with senior leaders and managers \n
- Co-create people plans aligned to organisational priorities \n
- Act as a coach, mentor and critical friend providing challenge and support \n
- Use workforce data and insight to guide decision-making \n
- \n
- Provide expert advice across the full employee lifecycle \n
- Support complex cases including performance, absence, change, and employee relations \n
- Develop and evolve policies that are modern, inclusive and legally compliant \n
- \n
- Work with the Talent & OD Partner to support recruitment, succession and workforce planning \n
- Identify capability gaps and shape development solutions \n
- Support initiatives that improve engagement, wellbeing and culture \n
- Champion values-led leadership and high performance \n
- \n
- Partner with services to support change, transformation, and organisational development \n
- Contribute to people projects such as EDI&B, wellbeing, and digital HR improvements \n
- Help shape a progressive, forward-thinking People Service \n
- \n
- Use HR systems and data to drive evidence-based decisions \n
- Promote digital tools and self-service approaches \n
- Ensure compliance, governance, and accurate people data \n
- \n
- Line manage and support team members to perform at their best \n
- Build strong stakeholder relationships across the organisation \n
- Facilitate workshops and conversations that drive understanding and improvement \n
Were looking for a credible, proactive HR professional who can balance strategy with delivery.
Experience & expertise:\n- \n
- Strong generalist HR experience in a business partnering role \n
- Proven track record of influencing leaders and supporting organisational change \n
- Experience managing complex employee relations issues \n
- Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practice \n
- Experience using data and HR systems to support decisions \n
- \n
- Excellent relationship-building and influencing skills \n
- Analytical and able to turn insight into action \n
- Strong coaching and facilitation capability \n
- Organised, proactive, and able to manage competing priorities \n
- \n
- Collaborative, credible, and solutions-focused \n
- Confident in challenging constructively \n
- Values-driven, with a strong commitment to EDI&B \n
- Focused on outcomes that make a real difference \n

Contract: Permanent, full-time, 37 hours per week.
