Building Inspector

An established RBCA are recruiting for a home-based Class 2F or Class 3 Registered Building Inspector to facilitate a varied commercial portfolio. Base salary circa £70,000 - £85,000, plus bonus, car scheme, enhanced pension, extended annual leave, with career progression potential.

The role offers the opportunity to build relationships with long-standing clients, working alongside experienced associate and regional directors. Projects are carefully distributed to facilitate ongoing professional development and to ensure an effective, balanced workload.

Responsibilities

• Undertake plan assessments submitted for building control approval
\n
• Conduct site visits and prepare site visit reports
\n
• Attend client and design team meetings
\n
• Oversee projects in accordance with commercial requirements
\n
• Ensure compliance with QMS procedures
\n

Requirements

\n
• Class 2F, 3G or 3H Registered Building Inspector
\n
• Broad project experience
\n
• Relationship management
\n
• Commercial awareness
\n
• Problem-solving capability
\n
