M&E Coordinator

Overview

Our client is seeking an experienced M&E Coordinator to join the team on a prestigious hotel project in London. You will coordinate the delivery of Mechanical & Electrical services, ensuring works are completed safely, on programme, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate all M&E services from design through to commissioning and handover.
\n
• Review drawings, technical submittals, and specifications.
\n
• Liaise with consultants, subcontractors, and site teams to resolve coordination issues.
\n
• Monitor progress, quality, and programme of M&E installations.
\n
• Manage RFIs, technical queries, testing, commissioning, and handover.
\n
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, Building Regulations, and health & safety requirements.
\n

Requirements

\n
• Previous experience as an M&E Coordinator, MEP Coordinator, or Building Services Coordinator.
\n
• Experience delivering commercial or hospitality projects.
\n
• Strong knowledge of Mechanical & Electrical building services.
\n
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and coordinate subcontractors.
\n
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
\n
• Relevant Building Services, Mechanical, or Electrical qualification is desirable.
