\n12 month contract, £300 per day PAYE
\nWe're recruiting for an experienced Executive Team Assistant to join the leadership support function of a leading global financial services organisation.
\nThis is an excellent opportunity to work closely with a senior executive team in a fast-paced, professional environment where you'll play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day business operations.
\nYou'll be supporting senior stakeholders with complex diary management, travel coordination, events, onboarding and wider business initiatives, acting as a trusted partner who can anticipate priorities and keep everything running efficiently.
\nKey Responsibilities:

- Manage complex executive calendars across multiple international time zones. \n
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, video conferences and leadership sessions. \n
- Arrange international business travel, accommodation and itineraries. \n
- Process expenses using Concur or similar expense management systems. \n
- Organise team events, conferences, town halls and off-site meetings. \n
- Support onboarding and induction of new team members. \n
- Prepare presentations, reports and meeting documentation. \n
- Act as the first point of contact for visitors and senior stakeholders. \n
- Provide administrative support for business initiatives and ad-hoc projects. \n
- Build strong relationships across business functions while handling confidential information with complete discretion. \n
Skills & Experience:

- Previous experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant or Senior Administrative Assistant supporting senior leadership. \n
- Experience within Financial Services is essential, ideally for Global Asset Manager or Investment Banking Organisation. \n
- Outstanding organisational and time management skills. \n
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. \n
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. \n
- Highly proactive with the ability to anticipate business needs. \n
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy. \n
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel. \n
- Experience with travel booking and expense management systems such as Concur is desirable. \n
- Professional, discreet and able to handle highly confidential information. \n
