\nWorking pattern: 3 days per week on site (Tuesday–Thursday)
\nRole Overview
\nThis is an opportunity to join a fast-growing renewables business operating at the heart of the UK’s transition to net zero. The organisation develops, owns, and operates critical infrastructure across renewables assets.
\nThe legal team sits within a collaborative in-house function and works closely with property, construction, commercial, and operations teams. This role is ideal for someone looking to move from private practice into an in-house environment, or an in-house lawyer seeking broader exposure.
\nKey Responsibilities

- Support the acquisition, development, and management of assets \n
- Draft, review, and negotiate agreements (leases, licences, easements, wayleaves, options) \n
- Advise on aspects of infrastructure and utility projects \n
- Work closely with internal development teams \n
- Support external counsel where required \n
- Assist with due diligence on new sites and acquisitions \n
- Provide pragmatic legal advice to a scaling business \n
Key Requirements
\n- \n
- Qualified solicitor (England & Wales) or equivalent \n
- 0–4 years PQE (applications from more senior lawyers welcomed) \n
- Background in real estate, property, utilities, energy, or infrastructure law \n
- Experience or interest in renewables, EV charging, grid, DNO/IDNO, or utilities environments \n
- Strong commercial awareness and ability to work in a fast-moving in-house setting \n
