Corporate Associate | M&A and Private Equity | 1–3 Years' PQE

We are working with a market-leading mid-market firm on the continued growth of its Corporate practice and are seeking applications from outstanding Corporate Associates with experience in M&A and Private Equity transactions.

This is an opportunity to join a high-performing team with an exceptional reputation for advising private equity sponsors, founders, management teams and portfolio companies on complex domestic and cross-border transactions.

The successful candidate will have gained experience in:

• Private Equity investments, bolt-ons and exits
\n
• Public and private M&A transactions
\n
• Growth capital and strategic investments
\n
• General corporate advisory matters
\n

Applications are welcomed from lawyers with between one and three years' post-qualification experience, ideally gained within a leading national, international or US platform.
