We are looking for an Event & Streaming Producer based in or around West Yorkshire to act as the bridge between a complex brief and a flawless execution.

The Role: Event Producer and Project Lead

This is an end-to-end event and livestream management role. You’ll be the operational engine; working from the brief, building the run of show, considering the audience experience at every step, manages client expectations and keeps the crew moving on time and on budget. You’ll need a strong technical literacy; understanding the art of the possible - but this isn’t about pushing buttons behind the desk. You are the architect of the experience and the guardian of the client’s peace of mind.

Working primarily from our office in Huddersfield with travel around the UK with the odd trip abroad, you will:

• Event Management: Take full ownership of live, virtual and hybrid event lifecycles from initial timeline creation, budget management and venue liaison to on-site oversight.

• Technical Interface: Brief and lead specialist technical crews. You understand their workflows well enough to direct them effectively without having to get behind the desk yourself.

• Client Stewardship: Serve as the main point of contact. You are the reassuring, human face of Paradigm—a calming presence who provides elegant solutions.

• Collaborate: Work with our MD, Account Managers, and Creative team to ensure the "art of the possible" becomes reality.

• Experienced Event Manager: You come from an event production, agency or live event management background. You are obsessed with run of shows, risk mitigation, and seamless live delivery.

• Technically Literate: You know how to combine cameras, audio routing, streaming platforms and staging fundamentals to create a brilliant experience.

• A Calming Influence: You are a master of managing expectations. In a live environment, you are the level head that everyone looks to for confidence.

• Location: You are comfortable coming into our office in Huddersfield, West Yorkshire, open to travel around the UK and abroad when required.
