Role: Senior Architectural Technician

Location: London

Rate of Pay: £26-£33 per hour

Contract: 12-month contract

Working Pattern: Hybrid

Your Role:

We’re looking for a skilled Senior Architectural Technician to join our expanding team.

You will be working on projects across residential and commercial sectors from planning to construction.

Essential Skills and Experience

\n
• Degree in Architecture, or equivalent qualification in Architectural Technology / related discipline.
\n
• Minimum 3 years' experience as an Architectural Technician/Technologist
\n
• Strong experience delivering both commercial and residential developments.
\n
• Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit
\n
• Excellent understanding of UK Building Regulations & planning processes.
\n
• Experience producing technical packages and construction documentation.
\n
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
\n
• Full right to work in the UK.
\n

Desirable Skills and Experience:

\n
• Experience with large-scale residential developments
\n
• Knowledge of Building Safety Act requirements and Gateway processes.
\n
• Experience mentoring junior staff and leading technical teams.
\n
• Proficiency in SketchUp, Navisworks, Vectorworks, InDesign
\n
