About the RoleAre you an experienced Injection Mould Setter looking for your next challenge? We are seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join a growing Injection Moulding team for an excellent manufacturing industry based company, helping to produce high-quality plastic components for customers around the globe.Working with state-of-the-art machinery, you'll play a vital role in achieving production targets through efficient tool changes, machine setting, process optimisation, and maintaining exceptional quality standards.?? Key Responsibilities? Setting and optimising injection moulding machines (50T - 320T)? Carrying out tool and mould changes efficiently? Maintaining quality standards and production output? Troubleshooting machine and process issues? Working closely with production, engineering, and quality teams? Supporting 5S and continuous improvement initiatives? Ensuring safe and efficient achievement of production schedules?? What We're Looking For? Previous experience as an Injection Mould Setter within a manufacturing environment? Experience working with machines ranging from 50T to 320T? Strong quality awareness and attention to detail? Excellent problem-solving and fault-finding skills? Good communication skills and a team-focused attitude? Knowledge of 5S and continuous improvement methodologies? A proactive approach and willingness to learn?? What's in It for You???
