Job Description
We are seeking a plumber for new build housing developments across the Churchill area. This is a permanent position for a directly employed individual, although sub-contractors may also be considered.\n

Mandatory requirements:- Valid CSCS card- Minimum of 5 years experience (excluding time as an apprentice)- Ideally, NVQ3 qualification and Unvented Hot Water certificate\n
Work description:The role involves plumbing on various new build housing sites, including:- First fix plumbing and internal drainage for houses and apartments- Second fix plumbing for houses and apartments- Installation of air source heat pumps and unvented cylinders- Testing and commissioning of completed work\n
