\nWe are currently recruiting a Graduate Teaching Assistant for a welcoming secondary school in Brent, starting in September. This is an excellent opportunity for a graduate to work closely with students, support their academic development, and gain valuable experience within a supportive and inclusive school environment.\n
Key responsibilities:\n
\n

\n
• Supporting students in and out of the classroom
  \n Assisting teachers with learning activities and classroom engagement
  \n Providing 1:1 and small-group support where required
  \n Encouraging students' confidence, progress, and participation
  \n Supporting students with their academic and personal development
  \n Helping to create a positive, inclusive, and engaging learning environment
\n

The ideal candidate will have:\n

• A graduate degree
  \n A positive, proactive, and adaptable approach
  \n Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  \n A genuine interest in education and working with young people
  \n The ability to build positive relationships with students and staff
\n
