An established London law firm is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant / Personal Assistant to support senior lawyers within its busy Real Estate division.

About the Role

This is a varied and fast-paced position requiring an exceptionally organised, proactive and professional EA/PA. You will provide high-level support to senior stakeholders while helping the wider team operate efficiently and deliver an excellent service to clients.

\n

Responsibilities

\n


\n


\n
    \n
  • Managing complex diaries, appointments and meeting schedules
  • \n
  • Organising internal and external meetings, including preparing agendas and coordinating meeting materials
  • \n
  • Arranging travel, accommodation and detailed itineraries
  • \n
  • Managing correspondence, calls and competing priorities on behalf of senior lawyers
  • \n
  • Producing, formatting and amending documents, reports and presentations
  • \n
  • Supporting the preparation and management of legal documents and transaction-related materials
  • \n
  • Opening and closing matters, maintaining electronic files and ensuring records remain accurate
  • \n
  • Coordinating billing, time recording, expenses and invoice administration
  • \n
  • Liaising professionally with clients, lawyers and other internal and external stakeholders
  • \n
  • Monitoring deadlines and following up on outstanding actions
  • \n
  • Assisting with business development activities, events and client meetings
  • \n
  • Handling sensitive and confidential information with complete discretion
  • \n
  • Providing additional administrative support to the Real Estate team when required
  • \n

Qualifications

\n


\n


\n
    \n
  • Previous experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant or Legal PA
  • \n
  • Experience working within a law firm is strongly preferred
  • \n
  • Real Estate or Property experience would be a significant advantage
  • \n
\n

  • Excellent diary management, organisation and prioritisation skills
  • \n
  • Confident supporting senior stakeholders in a demanding professional environment
  • \n
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • \n
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word and PowerPoint
  • \n
  • Accurate document-production skills and excellent attention to detail
  • \n
  • A proactive, adaptable and solutions-focused approach
  • \n
  • The confidence to manage multiple deadlines and anticipate the needs of the team
  • \n
  • A professional manner and the ability to maintain strict confidentiality
  • \n
