Line Leader

A leading food production is seeking enthusiastic Line Leaders to join a busy team located in Stevenage in Hertfordshire on a temp to perm basis.\n
\nThe Role\n
\nTo assist our Supervisors and Managers in the day to day running of the Pack house and Warehouse supporting and assisting the key staff and ensuring all duties are carried out correctly and efficiently, also enforcing the Company's procedures and policies.\n
\nKey Responsibilities\n
\nStaff: Up to 12 key staff & up to 50 general operatives\n
\nLine process: Responsible for controlling all aspects of labelling/production and/or decant processes and controls within the company's existing policies and procedures.\n
\nLabels/Packaging: Responsible for using the correct packaging and ensuring the labelling process is strictly followed.\n
\nERP: Responsible for maintaining and any processing within our ERP system (Prophet)\n
\nCommunication: Maintain a high level of communication with all other areas of the operation Pay Rates\n
\n07.00-19.00 DAYS Sunday to Wednesday or Wednesday to Saturday\n
\nTo be considered for the role you must be able to offer the following;\n
\nComputer proficiency preferable\n
\nMust have sound administrative skills\n
\nMust have a flexible approach to work\n
\nSome previous experience preferable\n
\nGood communication skills required\n
\nAccuracy is essential\n
\nMotivated and energetic with strong attention to detail\n
