Cover Supervisor

About the Role:
\n We are seeking a reliable and confident Cover Supervisor to work in a secondary school in Corby. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to gain classroom experience or continue their work in education on a flexible basis.

Key Responsibilities as a Cover Supervisor:

Deliver pre-set lesson plans across a range of subjects
\n Maintain a positive and focused classroom environment
\n Manage student behaviour in line with school policies
\n Ensure students remain on task and complete assigned work
\n Provide feedback to teaching staff on student progress and behaviour

Requirements as a Cover Supervisor:

Previous experience working with young people (education setting preferred)

Strong classroom management skills
\n Excellent communication and organisational abilities
\n A flexible and proactive approach
\n Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
