Freelance Quantity Surveyor Facades & RemediationLocation: LondonRate: £350 per dayContract: FreelanceStart Date: ImmediateFreelance Quantity Surveyor RequiredWe Recruit Group is working on behalf of a growing specialist contractor delivering faade remediation and fire safety projects across London and the South East.Due to a strong pipeline of secured work, we are looking to appoint an experienced Freelance Quantity Surveyor to support the commercial team on a range of high-profile remediation and cladding replacement schemes.The RoleYou'll take commercial responsibility for multiple faade and remediation projects, working closely with the Commercial Director, Project Managers and site teams to ensure projects are delivered profitably and commercially managed throughout.Responsibilities include:Managing subcontractor procurement and accountsValuations, applications for payment and variationsCost reporting and forecastingContract administrationManaging change control and commercial riskFinal accountsWorking closely with operational teams to maximise project performanceAbout YouPrevious experience as a Quantity Surveyor within constructionExperience working on faade, cladding, remediation, fire safety or external envelope projects is highly desirableGood understanding of JCT contractsStrong commercial awareness and negotiation skillsAble to work independently and manage multiple live projectsAvailable to start at short noticeWhat's on Offer?£350 per dayLong-term freelance opportunityImmediate startSecure pipeline of projects across LondonOpportunity to work with an established and growing specialist contractorHybrid working available depending on project requirementsIf you're an experienced Freelance Quantity Surveyor looking for your next contract, we'd love to hear from you.Please contact Tom Munden @ We Recruit Group | 07867 300 311TPBN1_UKTJ
